Edit: y’all trying to make me sound stupid or something. I have a screenshot of your customer service rep telling me that they’re the same thing. the first free pair isn’t actually free. there’s a hidden extra processing fee that shows up in the email confirmation receipt only. I know that I have to pay extra for blue-light lenses and whatnot. I was fine with that. what I wasn’t fine with was y’all advertising as free lenses when in reality it was the same as your first pair for 4.95 offer. if y’all are gonna lie then just offer only that in the first place. take your bs excuse out of here and just own up to trying to scam us.
Original Review: I got an offer for a free first pair and decided to use it. a friend bought hers using the $4.95 first pair code not even a week ago only paying an additional shipping fee. I bought my pair today and only in the email confirmation did I see a hidden processing fee of $4.95 (not shown at checkout) I asked the chat agent why I was charged for this but my friend wasn’t. they were nice and honest and said it’s basically the same thing but wow. ok. immediately cancelled my order. it’s not the $4.95 that’s the issue, it’s the fact that it’s such an unethical low life way for them to get their measly money. just don’t even offer the free pair at that point. can’t support a company that will hide hidden fees until an email confirmation to get their money. what a scam.
Very affordable glasses, receive my glasses on time, and they also refunded the customs duty! Very satisfied customer!

I ordered sunglasses. I did not understand when I ordered that the sunglasses could not be bi focals. I could have ordered regular glasses and had them tinted but I loved the glasses that were pictured in the ad. When I contacted Firmoo about lack of reading ability they gave me all the info and offered me a refund or credit. The company was fast to reply and it was a great experience dealing with them.
We received both glasses in perfect condition! It’s great how they each come in their own box with a bag!!
I have been ordering from this website for quite a while. Over the years, I have ordered 4 pairs of glasses some with prescription some without. When I had questions they answered them very fast. When I had problems with the glasses, everything was sorted very fast. If I need glasses in the future again, I will know where to go! They even provide you with addresses where you can donate your glasses! Thanks guys for your very kind and positive service!

Customer service has been superb! I ordered glasses and shortly after my prescription changed. They suggested sending credit to replace with proper lenses! It was not expected, but hugely appreciated!
I had a issue with filling out the prescription wrong. Emailed them and they got back to me the next day. The best costumer service . There glasses are amazing as well. I always recommend this website to family and friends.
I received my pair earlier than expected, which I was thrilled about. I loved the look and fit. Very light weight, which my nose is thankful for. I can't wait until I can wear them to social events and show them off. Can't beat the price.
Glasses are very good quality for the price! So many différents frames to choose from! And customer service is excellent!
